Casa Black

The idea emerged quickly in one of the first sketches I made, understanding the site, its constraints and the best orientation.

The best orientation of the lot is on one of its sides (North), which is where the home's public program opens up. The most compromised orientation lies directly on the opposite side, and it is addressed by placing the service core there.

This is a project where the budget was limited, and for that reason we sought to optimize the use of space as much as possible, which was achieved through order and a good programmatic distribution.
